2. Ticket Sales & Refunds All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided except as expressly authorized by event management. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Unauthorized reselling or counterfeiting will void the ticket without compensation. Event lineups, dates, and times are subject to change without notice.
3. Liability & Assumption of Risk Attendees voluntarily assume all risks, hazards, and dangers incidental to the concert. This includes, but is not limited to, the risk of personal injury, property damage, illness (including communicable diseases like COVID-19), and exposure to loud noises, flashing lights, or pyrotechnics. By attending, you release the event organizers, artists, promoters, and the venue from any and all associated claims.
4. Media & Photography Release By entering the event, attendees grant [Organizer/Venue Name] the right to use their image, likeness, and voice in any live or recorded broadcast, photograph, video, or audio displayed or used for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation or prior approval.
5. Prohibited Items & Security Searches For the safety of all guests, attendees and their belongings are subject to search upon entry. 6. Code of Conduct Management maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, and violence of any kind. Attendees must respect all staff, performers, and fellow guests. Any inappropriate behavior, including fighting, public intoxication, or unauthorized crowd surfing, will result in immediate ejection from the venue without a refund.
