All New Year’s Eve tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in personal plans, weather, illness, scheduling conflicts, late arrival, or removal from the venue.
Guests must arrive before midnight. Entry is not guaranteed for guests arriving at or after 12:00 AM, and no refunds will be issued for late arrival.
No re-entry is permitted once guests exit the venue for any reason.
Admission is subject to venue capacity, safety regulations, and management discretion. Purchase of a ticket does not guarantee entry if capacity has been reached or if the guest does not comply with venue policies.
This is a 21+ event. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. No exceptions.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests for intoxication, disorderly conduct, or failure to follow venue rules. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
