Welcome to Arizona is partnering with Padeland for Friday Open Play, a four-week community sports and wellness experience bringing together players, spectators, families, friends, and local businesses for an evening of padel, pickleball, community, and connection.

Policy
VENDOR DISCLAIMER & TERMS
By purchasing a vendor space for the Welcome to Arizona x Padeland Friday Open Play series, vendors acknowledge and agree to the following:
Vendor Space: Each vendor reservation includes one designated 6' x 4' vendor space. Vendors are responsible for providing their own table, chairs, display materials, signage, equipment, electricity needs, and other supplies unless otherwise specified by event organizers.
Setup & Breakdown: Vendors must follow all event-provided setup, arrival, and breakdown instructions. Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean and removing all personal property and materials at the conclusion of the event.
Products & Services: Vendors are solely responsible for the products, services, pricing, transactions, permits, licenses, insurance, and legal compliance associated with their business. Welcome to Arizona and Padeland do not guarantee sales, leads, attendance, or revenue resulting from participation.
Food & Beverage Vendors: Vendors selling or distributing food or beverages are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all applicable permits, licenses, certifications, and insurance required by law. Vendors must comply with all applicable health and safety requirements.
Prohibited Items: Event organizers reserve the right to prohibit any product, service, display, activity, or promotional material that is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the event or venue policies.
Weather & Event Changes: This is an indoor event. The event will proceed as planned unless we are informed otherwise by the venue.
Liability: Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own property, equipment, inventory, employees, representatives, and activities. Welcome to Arizona, Padeland, and their respective partners, staff, and representatives are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property or for injuries arising from a vendor's activities, except where prohibited by law.
Photography & Promotion: By participating, vendors acknowledge that event photography and video may be taken and used by Welcome to Arizona, Padeland, and event partners for promotional, marketing, social media, and future event purposes.
Vendor Conduct: Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally, respectfully, and in accordance with all venue rules and event policies. Organizers reserve the right to remove a vendor from the event for violations of these terms without a refund.
