Trio transforms into a full wellness festival; where fitness, music, and community come together inside a high-energy nightclub setting. Expect a curated lineup of workout classes, DJ sets, dancing, pickleball, and wellness vendors, all designed to help you move, reset, and reconnect. Move between classes, explore the space, and experience the day at your own pace.

Guests are invited to build their own day. Each ticket includes access to workout classes, with the flexibility to add more or upgrade for a more seamless experience. Classes run throughout the event at Trio and Groovers, allowing you to flow between sessions, take breaks, and explore everything the experience has to offer. General Admission includes access to two classes, with additional classes available for purchase based on availability. Class sign-ups for General Admission open upon arrival and are first come, first served, so early arrival is recommended.

VIP and All Class Pass guests receive early access to reserve classes in advance, allowing for a more structured and stress-free experience. The All Class Pass is designed for those who want to fully immerse, offering access to multiple classes throughout the day with priority booking and the ability to move more freely between sessions.

In addition to classes, guests can take part in our Pickleball Experience; a fun, social add-on designed to bring a high-energy, interactive element to the day. Sessions are available throughout the event and can be on-site based on availability. Each booking includes one session, with limited spots available. Guests may book multiple sessions depending on availability.

This is an alcohol-free experience designed to feel good; physically, mentally, and socially. Come to move your body, connect with others, try something new, or simply enjoy a different kind of day in a space built for both energy and intention.

Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk & Event Policy

By purchasing a ticket and attending Trio Wellness Pop-Up Festival (“Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Participation & Assumption of Risk

I understand the Event may include physical activities such as fitness classes, movement sessions, stretching, dance, and general physical exertion, as well as participation in a crowded live event environment. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with these activities, including but not limited to injury, illness, falls, collisions, or other physical harm.

I confirm I am physically able to participate and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. I understand I may stop participation at any time.

2. Wellness & Vendor Activity Risks

I understand the Event may include independent vendors offering wellness, recovery, or health-related products and services, which may include but are not limited to chiropractic services, IV or injection therapies, supplements, CBD-infused products, beverages, bodywork, or similar offerings.

I acknowledge that participation in or consumption of any vendor products or services is voluntary and undertaken at my own risk. I understand such services are provided solely by independent vendors and not by Trio Wellness or event organizers.

3. Event Environment Risks

I understand the Event takes place in an active venue environment that may include low lighting, loud music, equipment, crowds, and temporary setups. I acknowledge risks such as slipping, tripping, contact with other participants, or contact with objects and accept responsibility for exercising caution.

4. Vendor & Product Disclaimer

The Event includes independent vendors offering products or services, including wellness or health-related services. Trio Wellness, Trio Charlotte, and event organizers do not provide, supervise, or control vendor services and are not responsible for vendor products, treatments, transactions, or outcomes. Any engagement with vendors is solely between the attendee and the vendor.

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Trio Wellness, Trio Charlotte, event organizers, instructors, staff, contractors, sponsors, vendors, and the property owners (“Released Parties”) from any claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from my participation in or attendance at the Event, including those resulting from negligence of the Released Parties.

6. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims or liabilities arising from my participation, actions, or conduct at the Event.

7. Ticket & Attendance Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the Event is canceled by the organizer. Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

8. Photo & Media Consent

I grant permission for the Released Parties to capture and use my image, likeness, or voice in photographs, video, or recordings taken during the Event for promotional, marketing, or media purposes without compensation.

9. Personal Responsibility

I am responsible for my personal belongings. The Released Parties are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

10. Age Requirement

I certify that I am at least 18 years old at the time of attendance.

11. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Event is held.

12. Acknowledgment

By agreeing below, I confirm I have read and understand this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms.
