• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exchanges, credits, or refunds unless expressly stated otherwise.

• Pricing reflects current market rates and may change at any time. Strike-through pricing represents a comparison to standard retail pricing. The total amount due at checkout includes all applicable taxes and fees, whether itemized or included in the ticket price.

• Tickets are for personal use only and may not be resold, transferred, or used commercially without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities, cancel orders, refuse entry, remove attendees, and revoke tickets without refund for violations of these terms, including the use of multiple accounts, false information, unauthorized resale, disruptive conduct, or attempts to circumvent ticketing restrictions.

• ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Attendance and participation are entirely voluntary. Events may involve crowded conditions, physical contact, dancing, alcohol consumption, loud music, flashing or strobe lighting, smoke or fog effects, slippery or uneven surfaces, elevated areas, weather conditions, security activity, and the acts or omissions of other attendees, performers, vendors, or third parties. Events may also involve sparklers, open flames, fireworks, pyrotechnics, hot materials, confetti cannons, special effects, and other potentially hazardous items or activities.These conditions may cause burns, bodily injury, illness, disability, death, or loss of or damage to property. By purchasing or using a ticket, the attendee knowingly and voluntarily accepts and assumes all such risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

• RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by law, each attendee, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, representatives, estate, and assigns, releases, waives, and forever discharges the event organizer, promoter, venue, property owner, ticketing provider, sponsors, affiliates, contractors, vendors, performers, security providers, employees, agents, officers, members, managers, and representatives—collectively, the “Released Parties”—from any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or causes of action arising from or connected with the event, including claims involving personal injury, burns, illness, death, property damage, theft, loss, evacuation, cancellation, or the use, handling, distribution, malfunction, or presence of sparklers, flames, fireworks, pyrotechnics, or other special effects, including claims arising from the ordinary negligence of any Released Party, to the fullest extent such claims may legally be released.

• SPARKLERS AND SPECIAL EFFECTS: Attendees acknowledge that sparklers, flames, pyrotechnics, and other special effects generate heat and may cause serious burns or other injuries. Attendees must maintain a safe distance, follow all instructions, and must not touch, handle, ignite, distribute, or interfere with any such item unless expressly authorized. Any attendee who voluntarily accepts or handles a sparkler or similar item assumes all risks associated with its possession and use and is solely responsible for using it safely and in accordance with all instructions and applicable laws.

• Each attendee agrees not to bring any claim against the Released Parties for risks assumed or released under these terms. Attendees further agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from claims, damages, penalties, and expenses arising from the attendee’s own conduct, misuse of sparklers or other hazardous items, violation of these terms, violation of law, or injury or damage caused by the attendee.

• Attendees consent to reasonable security screening and emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary and accept responsibility for their own medical and related expenses.

• If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Nothing in these terms waives or limits any liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.

BY PURCHASING, ACCEPTING, OR USING A TICKET, THE ATTENDEE CONFIRMS THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS.
