+ 20% gratuity + Service Fee + Tax. Dinner is prepaid at the time of reservation.
Bingo | $20 CASH per person
Paid at the event. Cash payment allows us to offer cash Bingo prizes.

BEVERAGE + TABLE SERVICE
Our full bar will be available throughout the evening, with waitstaff providing table service before and during Bingo. Cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase right from your table.

Policy
BINGO NIGHT RESERVATION POLICY
We’re excited to welcome you to Bingo Night at The Rustic Grill! Please review the following before booking your group.
BOOK YOUR ENTIRE GROUP TOGETHER
If you would like to sit together, your entire group must be included in one reservation at the time of booking.
Think of your reservation like purchasing tickets to a concert or game — the number of spots you reserve is the size of your group.
Separate reservations cannot be guaranteed seating together, and we cannot hold additional seats for guests who may join later.
PAYMENT
The $28 per person, plus tax, 20% gratuity and applicable booking fees is collected at the time of booking. Your checkout shows the full amount before payment.
Bingo is an additional $20 CASH per person, paid at the event. Cash payment allows us to offer cash Bingo prizes.
RESERVATIONS ARE FINAL
Because food and seating are planned based on advance reservations, all reservations are final and non-refundable.
If someone in your group can no longer attend, you are welcome to have another guest take their place. It is the responsibility of the reservation holder to find a replacement guest.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or credits for cancellations, no-shows or reductions in your party size.
CHANGES + ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Please be sure of your group size before completing your reservation.
Additional guests cannot be added to your reservation unless space is still available through the online booking system. If additional spots are available, they must be purchased separately; seating with your original group cannot be guaranteed.
ONLINE RESERVATIONS ONLY
All Bingo Night reservations are handled exclusively through our online booking system.
We cannot accept reservations, cancellations, party-size changes, seating requests or additions by phone or email.
SEATING
We will create the seating plan based on reservations made through the booking system. Guests included in the same reservation will be seated together.
If friends are booking separately, we cannot guarantee that the groups will be seated together.

Please confirm:
• Your final group size
• Everyone you would like to sit with is included in your reservation
• You understand that the $28 buffet payment, tax and booking fee are non-refundable
• Bingo is an additional $20 cash per person at the event
