Something's coming up through the floor.
Harbor is the room New York comes back to, and on Halloween weekend it's the room the city can't get out of. The retractable glass roof opens over the Hudson and the lights below it go red, the biggest sound system in Manhattan's nightlife district runs until 4 AM, and the whole floor shows up in costume. Nightmare on 46th Street runs two nights: Friday, October 30 and Halloween night, Saturday, October 31. Bottle service, tables and a dance floor that doesn't stop, even when it should.
Nightmare on 46th Street, night one. The city's best DJs, hip-hop, R&B and the records everyone's waiting on, under the open glass roof until 4 AM. The weekend starts here. Tables go first.

Policy
VENUE POLICY
ENTRY: 21+ with valid government-issued photo ID. Arrive with your full group.
DRESS CODE: Costume or upscale. Jerseys and team gear are welcome as part of a costume. Everyday gym wear, sweatpants, athletic shorts and slides are not.
FACE PAINT: Allowed if your face stays recognizable against your ID and the paint is dry. No full-face coverage.
PROPS: None. No weapons of any kind, real, toy or costume. No masks that fully cover the face. No wings, staffs, poles or oversized accessories. Props are not checked and will not be permitted inside.
BAGS: Small purses only. All bags subject to search.
CONDUCT: Zero tolerance for illegal substances or solicitation. Violators removed without refund. No re-entry.
MEDIA: Attendance is consent to be photographed or filmed for use by Harbor NYC and Dream Hospitality Group.
REFUNDS: All sales final. Events cancelled without a new date are refunded to the original card.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
