Event Policies & Guest Guidelines

• 21+ Event: All guests must be 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued ID for entry. No exceptions.

• Dress Code Enforced: Midnight Noir is a fashion-forward nightlife experience. Guests are expected to arrive in elevated evening attire. Entry is at the discretion of the door staff.

• Limited Capacity: This event operates with a strictly limited guest list. Entry is not guaranteed once capacity is reached.

• No Refunds: All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the venue.

• Behavior Policy: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not adhere to venue policies or whose behavior disrupts the experience.

• Photography & Media: By attending, guests acknowledge that photo and video may be captured during the event for promotional use.

• Weather & Rooftop Conditions: As this is a rooftop venue, weather conditions may impact outdoor areas. Indoor space will remain available.
