Thank you for supporting JIJI's Jazz Club! Please review our ticket policy before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless an event is canceled by JIJI's Jazz Club.

Late Arrival

Doors and show times are listed on each event page. We recommend arriving early to enjoy the full experience. Entry may be delayed during performances to minimize disruptions.

Capacity

Admission is first come, first served for ticket holders. Once the venue reaches capacity, entry may be briefly paused until space becomes available.

Event Changes

Lineups, schedules, and programming are subject to change without notice. These changes do not qualify for refunds.

Respect the Space

JIJI's Jazz Club is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or actions that compromise the safety or enjoyment of others may result in removal without a refund.

Photography & Video

By attending, you may appear in photos or videos captured for promotional purposes. If you have concerns, please speak with a member of our team upon arrival.
