JIJI’s Jazz Lounge is an R&B, Jazz, Tea and Apothecary event that encourages audiences and performers to engage with one another while being mindful of rest and recharge. Unlike the Jazz Club & Open Jam, our lounge is designed for those within the community to find a place to relax and be present with one another — leaving problems at the door and leaning into the music.

Policy
Seating is first come, first serve.
All Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, or weather conditions.
Event Changes
Event details, including but not limited to lineup, schedule, venue, and timing, are subject to change without notice. Such changes do not qualify for a refund.
Transfer Policy
Tickets may be transferred to another individual if you are unable to attend. It is the responsibility of the original purchaser to ensure the ticket is transferred correctly.
Entry & Admission
Valid proof of purchase is required for entry. The event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for inappropriate behavior without refund.
Event Cancellation
In the rare case that the event is canceled entirely and not rescheduled, ticket holders may be eligible for credit toward a future event at the organizer’s discretion. Refunds will not be guaranteed.
Force Majeure
The organizer is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, or emergencies. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
