VIP Minimum Spend

Your reservation is subject to the VIP minimum spend listed for your selected section.



The minimum spend is not a table rental fee or an additional charge. It is the minimum amount your party is required to purchase from our Bottle Service Menu during your reservation.

If your party does not reach the required minimum, the remaining difference will be added to your final bill as a minimum-spend shortfall.

Tax, gratuity, and service fees do not count toward the required minimum spend.

VIP Beverage Service

VIP table service is limited to items available on our Bottle Service Menu, including bottles, buckets, Disco Bowls, mixers, Red Bull, and water.

Individual cocktails and made-to-order drinks are not available through your VIP server and must be ordered directly from the bar.

Only qualifying purchases made through your VIP server and applied to your VIP check count toward the minimum spend.

Additional Charges

The following charges are not included in and do not count toward your VIP minimum spend:

• 18% server gratuity
• 5% table/service fee
• Applicable sales tax

These charges are added to your final bill.

Deposit

A deposit is required to secure your reservation and will be applied toward your final bill.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your reservation to be eligible for a deposit refund.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

If your reservation is cancelled, you will not be responsible for the remaining VIP minimum spend.

Reservation Time & Late Arrivals

VIP reservations are scheduled for a 2-hour time slot. Your reservation begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrival does not extend your reservation, as the section may be reserved for another party afterward.

Reservations that are not claimed within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time may be considered a no-show and the section may be released. Deposits for no-shows are non-refundable.

Section Assignments

VIP sections vary in size, layout, capacity, and location throughout the venue.

For most VIP areas, the section selected during booking will be the section reserved for your party. 

For reservations within the Main Dance Floor area, selecting a table on the interactive map does not guarantee that exact physical table. Your reservation guarantees a table within the Main Dance Floor section, and the specific table assignment will be determined by the venue based on availability, party size, and operational needs.

Section pricing and minimums are based on multiple factors, including location, capacity, proximity to the DJ and dance floor, and overall section placement. Pricing is not determined by physical section size alone.

Photos, diagrams, 3D renderings, and layouts are provided for reference only. Exact dimensions, furniture placement, configuration, and appearance may vary.

Section Capacity & Seating

The guest capacity listed for each VIP section represents the maximum number of guests the section can accommodate and does not represent the number of seats provided.

VIP sections feature lounge-style couches and are designed for a combination of seated and standing guests. Seating is not guaranteed for every member of your party at the same time.

For example, a section with a 12-guest capacity may accommodate up to 12 guests but may not provide seating for all 12 guests simultaneously.

Furniture and seating configurations vary by section. Booking a VIP section does not guarantee a specific number of seats.

Guest Entry

Complimentary entry applies to the number of guests included with your reservation.

All guests must be 21+ and present a valid government-issued photo ID to enter the venue.

Additional guests are subject to venue capacity and may be required to pay the applicable cover charge.

A VIP reservation does not guarantee entry for guests who do not meet venue entry requirements.

By Completing Your Reservation

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the VIP minimum spend requirement, 18% server gratuity, 5% table/service fee, applicable sales tax, deposit and cancellation policy, 2-hour reservation period, late-arrival/no-show policy, VIP beverage service limitations, guest entry requirements, and section assignment terms described above.
