Guidelines for Season Pass holders:

- GA Admission is only valid for pass holder

- Season passes are non-refundable & non-transferrable

- Season passes are not valid for private events and/or charity events

- Pass holders must bring valid photo ID to match name on season pass

- Pass holders are responsible for following all club policies & event guidelines

Management reserves all rights to make the final determination regarding all venue policies including, but not limited to, attire, appropriate behavior and prohibited Items in its sole and absolute discretion guests who disregard venue policies or do not comply with management decisions may be asked to leave the venue and will not be entitled to a refund.

DRESS CODE

Is at the clubs discretion. We promote a fashion forward atmosphere with a "Dress to Impress / Upscale Casual" policy. The door and management reserve the right to decline entry of any guest not adhering to dress code. Artist merchandise is permitted. Swimwear is permitted during pool parties. The following is always prohibited: No offensive prints. Jerseys, athletic wear, dri-fit clothes, or cargo shorts. No sandals or work boots. Excessive baggy, ripped or stained clothing. No clothing that contains rivets, hooks, studs, etc.

BAG POLICY

No medium or large sized bags. Clutch sized bags only. All bags are subject to search.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

Lewd, inappropriate, and sexual behavior (including nudity) is strictly prohibited even if consensual. Further, the use or possession of any illegal substances or the solicitation of any product or services is strictly prohibited. FWD Day + Nightclub requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our guests and employees on our property. Inappropriately touching our employees is strictly prohibited.

OUTSIDE FILMING DEVICES ARE PROHIBITED

FWD Day + Nightclub allows no outside cameras, recording devices, photographers or videographers! Any individual or party who violates this policy will be asked to leave the property immediately without refund or reentry.

This venue is being used to photograph and video and audio record footage in connection with promotional and publicity campaigns including, but not limited to for use on social media. By your presence in this venue, you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be photographed and/or video and/or audio recorded and grant permission for your likeness, image and/or voice to be included therein without compensation, credit, or other consideration.

PHOTO IDENTIFICATION

A current, valid photo ID is required of every patron visiting our property and all guests must be 21+

The following forms of ID are acceptable:

• - A United States driver's license or DMV Identification Cards (If they are not stamped "not to verify ID")
• - Passports (as long as there are no missing pages, not laminated or handwritten and not expired)
• - Military ID Cards
