The United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against abuse, harassment, and bullying of any minor participating in league activities, as outlined in their 2026 Spring Rules & Regulations. Fans must adhere to a code of conduct that includes no field interference, no property damage, and no throwing objects, with penalties including ejections and venue bans. Any fan removed from the venue will receive a lifetime ban from FCA games.
