Join us for Move, Release, Reset - a thoughtfully curated Pilates and sound bath experience designed to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and restore your energy.

We’ll begin with a grounding, 45-minute full-body Pilates flow focused on mindful movement, strength, and alignment. From there, you’ll transition into a 45-minute deeply restorative sound bath, allowing your body to release tension while immersing in calming, meditative frequencies.

This experience is designed to help you disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself, leaving you feeling balanced, refreshed, and renewed.

All levels are welcome, no prior Pilates or Sound Bath experience required.

Doors will open at 4:30PM for those who would like to arrive early, settle in, and enjoy a coffee or matcha beforehand from Beni Coffee. Pilates will begin at 5:00PM followed by a Sound Bath directly after.

Please bring a yoga mat and anything you may need to feel comfortable (water, light layers, grip socks, pillow, blanket, etc...).
