For one night, Devoción takes over Lost On The River, Cleveland's newest rooftop overlooking the Cuyahoga River.
Fresh off its one-year anniversary in Los Angeles, the series returns home with founder Sincerely, Manolo, bringing the art, music, and energy that have defined Devoción back to the city that raised him.
