Sunday Sweat Club is a high-energy, community-driven group workout designed for all fitness levels. Each session features a HIIT-style workout programmed by trainer Julian Williams, broken into 4 training zones.
You’ll rotate through each zone for 10 minutes, focusing on intensity, effort, and consistency. The goal is simple: get as many quality reps as you can at your own pace.
This is a judgement-free space where beginners and experienced athletes train side by side. Whether you’re getting back into fitness or already locked in, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
