21+ Event Policy

Midnight in Monaco is a 21+ event. All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID for entry. No exceptions will be made. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any guest unable to provide valid identification or who appears intoxicated, disruptive, or otherwise unable to comply with venue policies.

Entertainment Gaming Rules & Regulations

Midnight in Monaco features entertainment-only casino-style gaming as part of the overall guest experience.

Participation is subject to the following rules:

• Entertainment chips have no cash value.

• Entertainment chips may not be exchanged, redeemed, transferred, sold, or converted into cash or monetary equivalents.

• No cash gambling, wagering, betting, or gaming for money is permitted.

• No additional chip purchases, rebuys, or buy-ins will be permitted during the event.

• Gaming activities are provided solely for entertainment purposes.

• Entertainment chips may only be redeemed for raffle entries as outlined by event staff.

• Raffle entries are awarded at a ratio of 1 raffle ticket per 1,000 entertainment chips accumulated.

• Prize values, raffle formats, and redemption procedures are subject to change without notice.

• Guests must be present at the time of the raffle drawing to claim prizes. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited and awarded to another eligible participant.

• Management reserves the right to modify gaming procedures, prize structures, and raffle mechanics at any time to ensure a fair and enjoyable guest experience.

$25 Hotel Room Credit Terms & Conditions

The $25 Hotel Room Credit is included with each paid event admission and is limited to one (1) credit per paid reservation.

Credit is valid from June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027.

Credit may not be combined with any other room discounts, promotions, packages, offers, or room credits. Valid only on direct hotel reservations booked through participating properties.

The credit is transferable but has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, gift cards, deposits, or other consideration.

Any unused portion of the credit will be forfeited. Blackout dates, minimum stay requirements, and additional restrictions may apply. Offer subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without notice.

Event Refund Policy

Reservations may be canceled for a full refund up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date.

Within seven (7) days of the event, all reservations become final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or transfers will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or unused portions of a reservation.

Event Changes & Modifications

Event programming, entertainment, schedules, menus, prize offerings, venue layout, talent, and activations are subject to change without notice.

Event Cancellation or Material Changes

Should the event be canceled by the organizer, guests will be eligible for a full refund of their reservation purchase.

If a material change significantly impacts the overall event experience, the organizer may, at its sole discretion, offer refunds or alternative accommodations.

Photography & Video Release

By entering the event venue, guests acknowledge that photography, video recording, and media capture may occur throughout the event.

Attendance constitutes consent to be photographed, filmed, recorded, and otherwise captured for promotional, advertising, marketing, editorial, and commercial purposes. Guests grant the event organizers, venue, sponsors, and affiliated entities the unrestricted right to use such media without compensation, approval, or further notice.

General Terms

All reservations are subject to venue policies, capacity limitations, and applicable laws.

Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the event experience.

By completing a reservation and attending the event, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined herein.
