Policy

EVENT POLICIES & TERMS

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending CLUB 1776 at The Standard Biergarten, all guests agree to the following:

Admission

  • Event is strictly 21+.
  • Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest at its sole discretion for any lawful reason, including intoxication, disruptive behavior, safety concerns, or failure to comply with venue policies.
  • Admission is subject to venue capacity restrictions.

Tickets & Refunds

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, credits, or transfers unless the event is canceled in its entirety.
  • Event programming, entertainment, activations, amenities, offerings, schedules, performers, food and beverage offerings, and event features are subject to change without notice and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
  • The unavailability, modification, cancellation, delay, substitution, or removal of any advertised offering shall not entitle any guest to a refund, credit, exchange, discount, or compensation of any kind.

Promotional Items & Activations

  • All promotional items, giveaways, activations, food offerings, beverage offerings, drink tickets, goodie bags, merchandise, tattoos, entertainment, and other advertised or complimentary amenities are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies, staffing, and operational conditions permit.
  • Availability of any advertised item or activation is not guaranteed.
  • Event organizers reserve the right to modify, substitute, limit, suspend, postpone, relocate, or eliminate any promotional item, activation, entertainment, offering, performer, food item, beverage item, giveaway, or amenity at any time and for any reason without notice.
  • Complimentary items, giveaways, drink tickets, food offerings, beverage offerings, and promotional items have no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
  • The first 500 guest promotion and any other promotional offers are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Guest Conduct

  • Guests must comply with all venue rules, staff instructions, and applicable laws.
  • Any guest engaging in unsafe, disorderly, aggressive, illegal, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may be removed from the event without refund.
  • Guests are solely responsible for their own conduct and consumption of alcohol.

Assumption of Risk

  • Attendance is voluntary and at the guest's sole risk.
  • Guests assume all risks associated with attendance and participation in event activities, including but not limited to the dunk tank, tattoo station, crowds, dancing, alcohol consumption, food consumption, weather conditions, slips, trips, falls, equipment use, and other event-related activities.
  • Guests release, waive, and hold harmless the event organizers, promoters, venue, sponsors, owners, officers, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, injuries, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to attendance or participation, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Photography & Media Release

  • By entering the event, guests irrevocably grant the event organizers, venue, sponsors, and affiliates the unrestricted right to photograph, film, record, broadcast, reproduce, distribute, and otherwise use their name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance for promotional, advertising, marketing, editorial, and commercial purposes in any media now known or later developed without compensation, approval, or further notice.

Force Majeure

  • Event organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, relocate, suspend, or cancel the event due to weather, government action, public safety concerns, venue issues, labor disputes, acts of God, emergencies, supplier failures, performer cancellations, or any circumstance beyond their reasonable control.
  • Such circumstances shall not create liability for the event organizers, venue, or affiliates.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maximum aggregate liability of the event organizers, promoters, venue, sponsors, and affiliates arising out of or relating to the event shall not exceed the face value actually paid for the ticket by the affected guest.
  • Under no circumstances shall the event organizers, venue, sponsors, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Management Rights

  • Management reserves the right to amend, interpret, and enforce these policies at any time.
  • All decisions regarding admission, event operations, promotions, activations, programming, guest conduct, and policy interpretation shall be made by management in its sole discretion and shall be final.
