NIGHTMARE ON RANDOLPH - A TWO DAY HALLOWEEN EXPERIENCE

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event (“Event”), you (“Attendee”) agree to the following Terms of Service:

### 1. ALL SALES FINAL / NO REFUNDS

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued except as expressly stated herein or required by applicable law.

In the event of postponement, tickets may be honored for the rescheduled date at the sole discretion of the Event organizer (“Organizer”).

### 2. EVENT CHANGES & CANCELLATION

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event, including but not limited to:

- Date, time, or venue

- Lineup, performers, or programming

- Event format or capacity

If the Event is canceled and not rescheduled, refunds may be issued at the Organizer’s discretion. Service fees and processing fees may be non-refundable.

### 3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By attending the Event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

- Personal injury

- Illness (including communicable diseases)

- Property damage or loss

You acknowledge that events may involve loud music, crowds, lighting effects, and other conditions that may pose risks.

### 4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless:

- The Organizer

- Venue owners/operators

- Event staff, contractors, and partners

from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to your attendance or participation in the Event.

### 5. CODE OF CONDUCT

Attendees must comply with all venue rules and applicable laws. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person without refund for:

- Disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe behavior

- Illegal activity

- Harassment or discrimination

- Failure to follow staff instructions

### 6. AGE REQUIREMENTS

You must meet the minimum age requirement specified for the Event. Valid government-issued ID may be required for entry.

Failure to provide proper identification may result in denied entry without refund.

### 7. TICKET FRAUD & RESALE

Only tickets purchased through authorized platforms (including posh.vip) are guaranteed valid.

The Organizer is not responsible for:

- Fraudulent tickets

- Unauthorized resale transactions

The Organizer reserves the right to void tickets suspected of fraud or unauthorized resale.

### 8. ENTRY & SECURITY

All attendees are subject to:

- Bag checks

- Security screening

Prohibited items may include (but are not limited to):

- Weapons

- Illegal substances

- Outside food or beverages (unless permitted)

Entry may be denied at the Organizer’s discretion.

### 9. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

By attending the Event, you grant the Organizer the irrevocable right to:

- Photograph, film, and record you

- Use your likeness, image, voice, or appearance in any media

for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes without compensation.

### 10. FORCE MAJEURE

The Organizer shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Acts of God

- Weather conditions

- Government restrictions

- Public health emergencies

- Strikes or labor disputes

### 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the ticket.

The Organizer shall not be liable for:

- Indirect or consequential damages

- Loss of profits or opportunity

- Personal belongings lost or stolen

### 12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

- Your actions at the Event

- Your violation of these Terms

### 13. ALCOHOL & SUBSTANCE POLICY

If alcohol is served:

- You must be of legal drinking age

- The Organizer and venue reserve the right to refuse service

Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

### 14. HEALTH & SAFETY COMPLIANCE

You agree to comply with all health and safety requirements in effect at the time of the Event, including any:

- Public health guidelines

- Venue-specific policies

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

### 15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

### 16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

### 17. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
