Midtown's darkest lounge, dressed for Halloween.
Fushimi brings its Japanese kitchen and low, dark lounge rooms to West 43rd, a block off Times Square. Heavy design, deep booths and a floor that turns over to DJs late. On Halloween night the lights go lower, the costumes come in and Midtown gets its own after-hours. Saturday, October 31 is the night.
