We’re taking over the club and turning it into a high-energy, sweat-soaked experience where music leads, think day party meets training session.


Lights low. Music up. Energy unmatched.

This isn’t another wellness event — it’s a full-body release.


A 60-minute, high-intensity workout led by a trainer and driven by a live DJ spinning nonstop, beat-heavy energy. No mirrors. No pressure. Just movement, rhythm, and a room full of people locked in.


And when the workout ends…the vibe doesn’t.
