VIP Experience – Terms & Conditions

1. Pre-Party Drink
2. Each VIP guest will receive one (1) complimentary drink at the pre-party location: ELA (222 W Ontario St.).
3. Venue Drink
4. Each VIP guest will receive one (1) complimentary drink at a participating venue listed on the official itinerary.
5. Line-Skip Option
6. The included drink benefit may be exchanged for line-skip access at select venues. Eligible venues may include TEXAN and BANDIT, subject to venue capacity, management approval, and host coordination.
7. Host Coordination
8. Guests must coordinate with their assigned host in order to receive the full VIP experience. The host will guide guests and escort them into participating venues when possible.
9. Communication Responsibility
10. Hosts will make reasonable attempts to contact guests via text message and phone call during the event. Guests are also responsible for attempting to contact the host directly.
11. If a guest does not attempt to text or call the host, the host and event organizers cannot guarantee assistance, entry coordination, or VIP benefits.
12. Custom Venue Requests
13. Requests to skip lines at a custom venue not listed on the itinerary must be made at least one (1) hour in advance and approved by the host. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on venue policies, capacity, and logistics.
14. Host Wait Time
15. If a meeting location or venue has been confirmed with the host, the host will wait up to twenty (20) minutes for guests to arrive.
16. If guests do not arrive within 20 minutes, the host reserves the right to leave and continue the scheduled route, and VIP benefits for that stop may be forfeited.
17. No-Refund / Missed Meetups
18. Failure to meet the host, lack of communication, late arrival, or missing scheduled stops does not qualify for refunds, replacements, or credits.
19. Public Statements & Misrepresentation
20. Guests are welcome to share their experiences. However, false, misleading, or defamatory statements regarding the event, hosts, or organizers, particularly when a guest has failed to follow these terms, may result in the organizers responding publicly with documented communication records and event logs. Event organizers reserve the right to pursue appropriate action to protect their reputation and business operations if knowingly false statements cause harm.
21. General Conditions

• Benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Venue participation and entry are subject to capacity, dress code, and venue policies.
• Event organizers and hosts reserve the right to modify venues, routes, or benefits if necessary due to venue restrictions, safety concerns, or operational needs.
