HALLOWEEN NIGHT AT ROOSEVELT
Saturday, October 31
Roosevelt closes out Halloween weekend with a special Saturday night built around deep, hypnotic house, minimal grooves, progressive textures and late-night underground energy.
Behind the decks:
MICHAEL HOOKER
Roosevelt resident Michael Hooker brings a sound rooted in progressive, deep and club forward house music. Known for long-form sets built around dark hypnotic grooves, layered percussion and carefully controlled energy, his music has appeared on labels including Renaissance, Yoshitoshi, Global Underground, UV and Desert Hearts Black.
NIKITA RISING
Phoenix-based Nikita Rising brings a tougher, more driving edge to the room, moving through deep underground house and techno with a focus on rhythm, tension and late-night energy. Her sets add a darker counterpoint to Roosevelt’s house-focused sound.
JIMII
Arizona-born DJ and producer JIMII draws heavily from the character of ’90s house, combining rolling minimal grooves, vintage textures, garage influences and a darker contemporary edge. His productions have received support from artists including Jamie Jones, while releases have appeared across labels such as Front Left, Rendr., Illustrate and MNML4U.
Expect the room to move from deep and rolling house into minimal, progressive and darker late-night sounds as the energy builds throughout Halloween night.
The Roosevelt kitchen and bar will also be getting into the spirit with special Halloween cocktails and food items available throughout the evening.
Costumes are highly encouraged.
Join us early for daily Happy Hour from 4PM–6PM, followed by Dinner Service from 6PM–10PM, before the room transitions into Halloween after dark.
