A mandatory 26% Service Charge, 6% Administrative Fee, and applicable 9% Florida Sales Tax & Resort Sales Tax will be added to all food and beverage purchases.

The Service Charge and Administrative Fee are operational charges that help offset the costs of operating the venue, including entertainment, staffing, artists, DJs, bottle presentations, payment processing, compliance, resort operations, and other operational expenses.

Gratuity is not included. Any additional discretionary gratuity is entirely voluntary, paid directly to the service staff, and will be added separately to the bill of sale if elected by the guest.

The physical credit or debit card used to pay the reservation deposit must be presented by the cardholder upon arrival, together with a valid government-issued photo ID for verification. The remaining balance is due at the venue at the time of service. If the remaining balance is paid using a different payment method, a $1.00 authorization charge will be processed on the card used to pay the online deposit for verification purposes.

If the original card used to pay the online reservation deposit is not presented at check-in, the deposit will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds typically take between 7 and 10 business days, depending on the card issuer. The full balance, including the reservation amount, applicable taxes, Service Charge, and Administrative Fee, will be charged to the new payment method presented at the venue.
