2nd Shift is back with 8+ Hours of House Music across 2 Stages in this 1 Day event in San Diego on August 29th at San Diego’s Wicked West.
For over 25 years, our headliner, Andrey Pushkarev has earned a global reputation for immersive, vinyl-driven sets rooted in deep, hypnotic house and atmospheric club music. The Russian-born, Portugal-based DJ has performed at Boiler Room Bucharest, Mixmag Lab, Caprices, and Butik Festival to name a few accolades. Andrey is also Label boss of Circus company and regularly releases music on acclaimed labels including Thule, Reckless, and our personal favorite—Berg Audio
Joining him is German house mainstay Markus Homm, whose career spans iconic clubs like Panorama Bar, Watergate, Tresor, and Pacha, with releases on 8bit, Poker Flat, and Bondage Music. Expect warm basslines, sharp percussion,and a groove heavy take on deep house. This will be Markus’ debut performance in San Diego, so let’s give Nürnbergs finest a warm welcome.
Representing home, is local vinyl selector Dylan Payne, whose deep digging and seamless mixing have earned him a regular spot at some of the finest venues in the US circuit. Whether it’s NY, MIA, or beyond at festivals like Trotamundo and Bonanza, Dylan always delivers a class act.
Rounding out the lineup is 2nd Shift co-founder Frankie Dixon who will be setting the tone for a day-to-night, indoor/outdoor session at Wicked West.
