• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation start time are fully refundable.
• Processing, service, and credit card fees are non-refundable.
• Reservations are non-transferable and may not be resold.
• Guests must arrive at their scheduled reservation time. A 15-minute grace period will be honored; reservations not claimed within 15 minutes may be canceled at management's discretion, and all deposits and payments will be forfeited.
• Admission and seating are subject to venue policies and management discretion.
• By purchasing a reservation or ticket, guests acknowledge and agree to all venue policies, including dress code requirements and conditions of entry.
Parties of 4 or fewer are allotted 1 hour and 30 minutes. Parties of 5 or more are allotted 2 hours.
An automatic gratuity applies to parties of 8 or more.
LOST maintains an upscale, fashion-forward atmosphere. Appropriate attire is required at all times. Admission is subject to management and security discretion, and guests who do not meet dress code standards may be denied entry without refund.
The following attire is not permitted:
• Undergarments worn as outerwear
• Excessively revealing or transparent clothing
• Torn, stained, or visibly damaged clothing
• Clothing with offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate graphics or language
• Athletic apparel, gym wear, compression wear, or sleeveless athletic shirts
• Sports jerseys or team apparel
• Baggy or oversized clothing
• Men's ribbed cotton tank tops ("wife-beaters")
• Work boots or hard-toe footwear
• Chains or excessively large accessories deemed unsafe
• Clothing with spikes, studs, rivets, or other hazardous hardware
• Costumes or face coverings
• Jerseys or MMA apparel
